STAMP approach the design process for each bespoke piece individually to give you a truly personalized result. Alternatively, you can select one of the designs showcased here on the website to be customized according to your needs -- adjusting FONTS, COLOURS AND WORDING to your wishes.

ordering
READY-TO-WRITE stationery can be ordered directly from this website. Please be sure to check back often for new designs.

To begin BESPOKE OR CUSTOM work, please CONTACT STAMP. We’ll have a chat about what you’d like and STAMP will send an itemized quote confirming your request, its estimated cost and a timeline.


payments
Payments may be made by personal cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. A non-refundable 25 percent deposit is required before beginning bespoke or custom work. The remainder of the cost must be paid and cleared before your order is shipped.


consultation
Upon receipt of your deposit, the bespoke design process will begin with a design consultation, via email and the phone, and/or an in-person meeting if you are in or near London. You will be asked to provide with as much visual information as possible about what you’d like your design to reflect. For example, for a wedding you might provide photographs of you and your fiance, the story of your courtship, the details of your wedding venue, images of your dress, a description of your flowers, colour swatches, etc. You may also be asked to fill out a questionnaire.

For custom work we will also have a brief chat or email exchange about small tweaks to be made, such as colours, type or personal photographs.


wording
Please submit all WORDING for your project via email before you submit your deposit, or as soon as possible thereafter. STAMP is happy to help with etiquette advice and creating the appropriate wording, if you’d like.


proofs
Your proofs will be emailed as PDF files for your review and approval. Three rounds of proof edits are included in your quote; if you require further edits a charge of £20 per proof after the third proof will apply.

Please review your proof carefully, checking absolutely everything: each and every name, date, address, etc. STAMP is not responsible for any errors left unchanged.

Once you are satisfied with the finished design, a final proof will be provided for you to sign and scan/email or fax back, along with the proof approval agreement.

STAMP is not responsible for any edits or changes you wish to make after you have signed the final proof. It is very important that you review your proof carefully as changes cannot be made after your letterpress plate(s) have been ordered.


colour matching
Please note that the colours in your proof may vary slightly between your computer/printer and the actual result, depending on the individual calibration of your computer/printer. If a particular colour absolutely must be matched in your ink, please send a physical colour swatch (or PANTONE number) so it can be matched.


timelines
READY-TO-WRITE: Ready-to-write orders will ship within a week of receiving payment, usually less.

BESPOKE: STAMP will arrange your consultation as soon as possible after you submit your deposit, usually within a week. You will receive your proof for review and approval approximately two to three weeks after you’ve completed your consultation and submitted your wording. The final stationery will be delivered to you approximately four to six weeks after you sign off on your final proof, depending on the size of the order and any special materials that need to be obtained. In the case of wedding suites, stationery for different aspects of the wedding (e.g., invitations and orders of service) will be delivered on their own timelines as appropriate (e.g., the orders of service will be delivered closer to the wedding date).

CUSTOM: You will receive your proof for review and approval approximately one week after submitting your specifications. The final stationery will be delivered to you approximately four weeks after you sign off on your proof.

shipping
All items are shipped, upon receipt of full payment, via courier or Royal Mail recorded delivery. Delivery method and cost will be specified in your quote.
